Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Hurghada. The whole hotel was clean. The room was fairly quiet with good view as well as a balcony, just what was needed. All of the staff were kind, lovely.

pools clean & well-maintained - pool staff very nice. beautiful private beach with nice views - Mr. Hossam keeps it lovely. clean rooms with great pool views. good food - especially BBQ nights. friendly restaurant staff - accommodating even for special dietary needs. exterior looks great and clean

The hotel of choice in Hurghada. Stunningly beautiful property, amicable stuff from a grumpy waiter, everything was very good. A huge variety of lovely options for meal. The rooms with nice view, balcony. Location not far from the busiest areas, beach and famous promenade.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, very close to airport so handy, convenient to go everywhere. Had brand-new standard double room with a great view, daily bedding and 2 wardrobes.

Thank you for a COMFORTABLE stay. This is surely the best brand-new hotel, great and absolutely perfect staff, brilliant rooms. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with folding clothes, great view plus saucers was not a problem. A nice touch is also the local beverages in the snack bar.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms with plenty space and a storage. Big bathroom, very amiable employees from the gardeners to the management. Absolutely perfect and stunning location, next to a theater and a museum. Positioned in the very beautiful area.

The setting is incredible and favourable, close enough to Egypt at the Jungle Aqua park, the Beach, private Beach of Royal lagoons, and the Safari. The room is good sized with beautiful view to big garden and saucers, for example.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, to Cairo pyramids & museum, it's a plus. I stayed in the room that was cleaned daily bedding changed regularly and available with setee as well as nice view from the balcony.

The extensive pool area with water slides was a hoot! The hotel’s facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool, bar, and restaurant. The multinational entertainment program was a nice touch.

The staff's attitude needs some improvement, but hey, who needs good service when you have water slides, right?

The location is perfect, right in the famous promenade of El Mamsha, with many shops and a vibrant tourist center nearby. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, with friendly and helpful employees who go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.
